You MUST have a PIAA Athletic Physical on file with our nurse's office before you can practice with a sports team.
Parents MUST complete a recertification form for every sport after the initial one that your child participates in during the school year. Students will not be permitted to participate until the recertification form is turned in and approved by the nurse.
