Returning Student Registration

All QCSD parents must complete the following online registration. This process should take parents between 20-30 minutes. Please complete your online registration as soon as possible to ensure we can finalize class lists, technology distributions, building placements, and district transportation in a timely fashion. If you have moved (within or out of the district) please contact your child's building secretary for assistance. Thank you for completing this information to ensure we have up-to-date information for your student.

You will need to enter the provided snapcode for each returning student.

Note: The above snapcode is student specific; if you have more than one student enrolled in the district you must enter a unique snapcode to begin each of their registrations.

Additionally, if your child is an incoming kindergarten student or new to QCSD, we understand that you have recently completed the New Student registration form. Please use this form as a way to update any needed information prior to the beginning of school and also to complete the Registration for Instruction and Transportation page that has been added.

1. Sign In using your InfoSnap login and password that you created when registering your child. This will allow you to save and come back if necessary as well as share family information between siblings.

2. Review the “Introduction” page and click “Next >” to enter the forms. The forms will be pre-populated with information on file at the school district. All fields with a red asterisk are required fields. Add additional information such as parent home email address or change anything that is incorrect and click “Next >” to move from page to page. Please review each page carefully as new questions have been added.

3. Clicking “Next > ” on the final form page will take you to the “Review & Submit” page. Review the information entered very carefully, as this information will be information transmitted to the school. If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to the forms. Please be sure to download and print out any forms that you will need your student to have for future reference.

4. When you are satisfied with the information entered, click "SUBMIT >” in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. Note: on the “Review & Submit” page, you will be alerted of any required field which has not been answered in red. To continue, all required fields must be satisfied.

5. On the “Submission Confirmation” page, you may choose to print a copy of the submitted form as well as well as apply for Free and Reduced Lunch online.

6. If you have additional registrations for other children in the family, you will have the option to complete their online registrations as well. For your convenience you will also be able to elect to share “family” information between siblings.

7. When all student registrations have been completed, follow the instructions on the Submission Confirmation page for any appropriate "Next Steps." Additional information is also available on this page.

Important Message from the School Nurse - Once you have completed this form and successfully submitted your child's information you will be on the 'Congratulations' page. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the Health Information Update. Click on the link to be re-directed to the SNAP Student Health Portal. Please complete all information in the SNAP portal as efficiently as possible to help ensure the safety and well being of your child during school hours from day one. If you need any assistance with the SNAP Student Health Portal, please contact your child's school nurse. (Parents need to visit the SNAP parent portal to give permission for over-the-counter medications. This is a separate portal and does not use a snapcode. You should login using your existing login information).
