President Judge Wallace H. Bateman Jr. presided over the swearing-in at the Bucks County Justice Center before Dr. Friedman's family, QCSD employees and School Board members.

Dr. Friedman, formerly the Superintendent of Ocean City (NJ) School District, is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University and other distinguished universities.
