  •  **PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL BABYSITTER FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO TUES., 8/15/23**  Any forms submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed to start on the first day of school.

• Fill Out A Bus Stop Review/Change Request Form
• Transportation Survey 2024-25      
  • Please complete this survey if you DO NOT wish to use school bus transportation for the 2024-25 school year.  Notifying us in this way will help to make bus routes as efficient as possible.
• Please note, the bus pass procedures may be found here.
• For SMS & SGC families who have students using the late bus, the sign up sheet may be found here.
