At-Risk StudentsThe Quakertown Community School District believes that all students can achieve high academic standards. Some students, however, face challenges that stand in the way of academic success and personal well being.
In addition to school counselors, psychologists and reading specialists, the district has additional programs in place to assist students and their parents in meeting these challenges:
- Student Assistance Programs (SAP) in all of our schools
- School Social Worker and Resources
- Mentoring Programs
- 13 Reasons Why Talking Points
The district values the participation of parents as partners in assisting at-risk students to become achievers and problem solvers.
