This is a very important announcement concerning your son/daughter’s immunizations. PA State Law and requirements have changed for the school year 2017-2018 and all required immunizations must have had the vaccine by the 1st day of school. Please review the flyer (below) with your son/daughter's physician to be certain they are in compliance.
New this year, in all grades children must have four doses of Polio after their 4th birthday, unless the 3rd dose was given after the age of 4.
All students entering 7th grade must have one dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis, (Tdap) and one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV) on the first day of school.
All students entering 12th grade must have a dose of the meningitis vaccine given after the age of 16.
If your son/daughter has had the vaccine required, please provide documentation from their doctor to your school nurse.
Please contact your doctor or the Bucks County health department to make an appointment for your immunization.
Any questions, please contact your building nurse.
