Fingerprinting Ending at QCSD District Office

Pennsylvania is transitioning to a new contract provider for fingerprinting services.  QCSD has not been approved by the new provider as a fingerprinting service location.  We will continue to seek approval, but in the meantime, please be aware of the following:

  • Friday, November 17, 2017, is the last day QCSD will be able to process fingerprints.
  • During the transition, there will be a delay in fingerprinting services across the entire state. This means that between November 18th and November 28th, you will not be able to have your fingerprints done anywhere in PA. Individuals who are not registered and fingerprinted prior to November 17th will have to wait until November 28th to register and be fingerprinted at a new location.
  • We suggest that if you are planning to have your fingerprints done this school year, that you register and do so prior to November 17th. Otherwise, you will have to travel to a different location. You can register here: https://www.pa.cogentid.com/index_pdeNew.htm
