Whitsons Family of Companies would like to implement a customer survey at Quakertown School District to collect feedback around our meal service from parents, faculty, and students alike. It is our goal to gauge customer satisfaction so that we can continuously make improvements in your school community.
Our surveys are set to go live October 20 through October 31, and will consist of the following questions:
Please rate the following. (1 = poor and 5 = excellent)
Quality and freshness of food
Menu variety
Availability of menu choices
Friendliness of service staff
Speed of service staff
Cleanliness of the serving line/area
How can we better support your school community?
The on-site team would like to post communications that contain a Survey QR Code around the school, but we are also seeking your assistance in distributing this survey link through your distribution channels, as well, so that we can dramatically improve our reach.
