Mr. Sedlacsik joined the Strayer Middle School team this year and has already made an incredible impact. From outstanding winter concerts to joyful, focused rehearsals,
he has created a safe, supportive space where students feel confident taking risks and finding their voice. Even the quietest students are stepping up to lead and improvise—proof of his inspiring leadership and passion for music.
