Each month, one outstanding staff member from the QCSD will be recognized for their exceptional contributions to their students, colleagues, and school community.
For the month of March, we want to celebrate Mr. Mike Elliot of Richland Elementary. Mr. Elliot teaches fifth grade and received the following nomination for being such an extraordinary teacher:
"Mike brings an energy to teaching and learning that is truly contagious. Whether you pass him in the hallway or step into his classroom, his enthusiasm for working with fifth-grade students is immediately evident and a joy to watch. He consistently creates a positive, student-centered environment where curiosity and growth thrive. Mike also leads by example during professional development days, modeling what it means to be a lifelong learner through his engagement and growth mindset.
