The PMEA District 11 combined Elementary and Junior High School Song Fest was held on April 8, 2026, at Upper Perkiomen Middle School. We are so PANTHER PROUD to report that 13 of our Sixth Grade Center students auditioned and were selected to participate in this prestigious event. Singers worked diligently to learn five new choral pieces under the direction of Mrs. Serena Heffner, Arts Department Chair and Director of Choral Music at Linden Hall, as well as an adjunct voice professor at Lebanon Valley College.
On the day of the event, SGC students joined 265 singers from across the region for a day of music and enrichment, culminating in a concert featuring diverse and engaging choral repertoire.
