On Friday, August 21, 2026, Dr. Lisa Hoffman officially took her oath of office as Superintendent of the Quakertown Community School District, administered by the Honorable Judge Matthew Weintraub.
The ceremony was attended by numerous Quakertown Community School District leaders, including school board members and district administrators, demonstrating the strong support for Dr. Hoffman’s leadership.

Hoffman has served as Interim Superintendent since February 2026 and has been part of the Quakertown Community School District leadership team for 16 years.
Hoffman joined QCSD in 2010 and has served as a house principal, curriculum supervisor, Director of Teaching and Learning, Assistant Superintendent, and Interim Superintendent. Before coming to Quakertown, she taught elementary and high school mathematics and worked as an instructional coach in neighboring school districts.

Hoffman said her work as Superintendent will center on strong academic programs, effective support for employees, responsible stewardship of district resources and facilities, and clear communication with families and the broader community.
"I am deeply honored by the Board's confidence and grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Quakertown Community School District," Hoffman said. "This community has shaped my career, and I care deeply about its future. We have exceptional students, dedicated employees, supportive families, and a community that believes in its schools.
My commitment is to lead with integrity, listen carefully, make thoughtful decisions, and always keep students at the center of our work. Together, we will continue building on Quakertown's strengths, creating opportunities for our students, supporting our employees, and strengthening the connections that make our schools such an important part of this community.”
