Dear QCHS Community,

We are incredibly excited for tonight's Homecoming game! First, we must extend our sincere gratitude to the Chester Football team and administration. Our previously scheduled Homecoming game was recently canceled, and they graciously agreed to play us tonight, thereby saving our annual Homecoming celebration! Their exceptional sportsmanship is truly commendable, and we ask that you join us in giving them a warm and respectful welcome this evening.

To ensure a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment for all attendees, we are implementing a new rule tonight: all K-8 students must be accompanied by a paid adult for entry and throughout the duration of the game. To clarify this, the supervising adult must be a ticket-holding attendee who remains on the premises of the athletic facility for the entire game. They are not required to be physically next to the student at all times, but they must be reachable and responsible for the student's behavior while at the game. We appreciate your cooperation as we work together to keep our school events safe and fun for everyone. We look forward to seeing you all at a wonderful Homecoming game tonight!
