At Richland, students have the chance to take on leadership roles—or even create their own! Third grade student, Carolina, had an amazing idea for a “Green Team” and submitted a proposal. Thanks to her initiative and Mrs. D’Amico’s support as teacher supervisor, the Green Team became a reality!
The team was such a hit that participation had to be limited to 3rd grade due to overwhelming interest. A huge thank you to our Green Team for re-potting and caring for our plants with such dedication!
