This week, we are celebrating teachers from across the QCSD for Teacher Appreciation Week! Join the celebration and send a kind note to your Strayer teacher, past or present, and we’ll make sure they receive it! You may even see it posted here, like this kind message for Mr. Carty from one of his 8th graders:
"He (Mr. Carty) helped me so much with everything I’ve learned in math so far. I may not be his best student, but he is really funny, and he makes my day so much better! When he explains a math lesson, I don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed; I actually feel like I understand it. He helped me a lot with test anxiety, and making the big tests into little chunks genuinely helped me academically. He is the best math teacher in the world, and he helped me like math a lot because I used to hate it a ton. So thank you, Mr. Carty!”
